What does "fling discriminations" mean?

When I told I wasn't feeling well and I thought it was mental illness.

Huh?

He was fine but when he talked it got bad.

He?  A co-worker?

From the top down everybody wanted to talk about it but I didn't the stress was unreal.

Ok....

I can't figure out what you're asking ("a time limit for fling discriminations"??) or what the relevant facts are.

Yes, there is a time limit for filing a discrimination claim. However, you will have to tell us what state you are in, how long ago this happened  and what kind of discrimination you believe occurred before we can tell you what the time limit is.
