My 16 yr old son is in a juvinile detention center. Before he was placed there, he had gone to the doctors and they found cists on his testicles'. We had an appointment with a urologist set up for him, the detention center took it upon themselves and cancelled his appointment. Then lied to us and told us the urologist cancelled. I called the urologist and they sated they did not cancel. Is this legal? My sons health is at stake. He is in pain every day and they will not take him any place unless his vitals are not stable.
