Is it legal to violate probation while the person is still incarcerated and has not started probation yet? Is there case law and/or statutes for this issue in the state of Florida?
Any help is greatly appreciated.

What were the terms of condition for such a violation? Was such a violation stated in the probation agreement?

I know in Tennessee a VOP can be filed while still incarcerated. But this relies on how the final judgement/sentence was entered.
