hi , i m a asylum holder but i didnt get my work permit yet . i have been working in gas station since 2 years , they used to pay me $ 8.5 per hr , i used to work 60 t0 72 hr per week ,, but now they fired me coz my sickness . they used to pay me 8.5 only for overtime also so now i can claim for overtime money or no ?
