what liability does a previous employer have to a former employee when the employer continues to use the former employee's bio as a means of promoting their company on their public website?
My bio is listed as one of their company's primary leaders.

How long has this been going on following the termination of your employment? In what state is this happening? Have you ever given your former employer written notice to discontinue using your bio?
