my family member was sent to jail for 20y suspend all but 8 served three years and then modified to complete drug treatment at a live in facility thru dhmh he was put out of the program for not successfully completing...no new charges only the vop on the same case will he receive credit for the time he prev. served in prision on the 8y towards the 12y
