Hello, we have a runway child of 15 years old. He stays at a strangers house - a woman of 36. We tried to take him from her; however, he keeps coming back to her house.
Have you spoken with the woman about the situation? Have you spoken with your son to discuss whatever issues are causing him to runaway constantly?
Each time police comes to her house, she denies that our son lives there. Although we know he does 100% and have witnesses.
Perhaps she is being precise with her words. He doesn't live there; he's just staying there temporarily.
Is there anything we can do to take him out of that house?
I assume you mean something more permanent than what you've been doing. You certainly can seek a restraining order against the woman. Have you considered some sort of military academy or similar institution for troubled teens?
We have been to court; however, nobody is able to advice us anything in this situation.
I'm not sure what this means. For what purpose have you "been to court"? Whom are you expecting to advise you?
Can we forcefully place him in some residential facility for treatment ?
Probably. Of course, specifics depend on the laws of your unidentified state.
I strongly suggest you consult with a local attorney and start googling resources for parents with troubled teens.
