child custody and child support in post or pre nuptial agreement

Is there a law case that prohibit or render invalid to have child custody and child support in a post-nuptial agreement in the USA any State because best interest of the child ?

I'm not sure why you're asking this question, but answering it would require researching the laws of all 50 state, which no one on a message board is going to do. Without a more narrow question, about all I can tell you is that provisions in a prenuptial agreement that have a tendency to promote or encourage divorce may be void in some states as being contrary to public policy.
