What is it I need to do to get my 12 year old daughter home who stays with her father who is 67. He has a paid lawyer and I don't so the magistrate always rules in his favor

Sorry, not enough facts. How did your daughter end up with her father in the first place? Are you or were you ever married to the father? Is there a custody order in place, and if so what does it say? Where is "home"? What are your reasons for wanting your daughter with you? Why do you not have a lawyer? What difference does it make how old the father is?
