I was arrested on a bench warrant after going to fines office and filling out paperwork for extension. Was told by court officer to call back to see if judge approved extention was told it was approved and given date fine was to be paid by over phone. But later was arrested stating it was never taken care of. Found out that for approval to go into affect I was to go back down to fine office and sign paperwork. However was never told this on phone. And this fine extention is a new thing implicated just two months earlier. Was told he was trained
to explain procedure and could not have made a mistake do I have an argument?

I would like to have the money back that was put up to bail me out of jail.
