I am in the UK. My medical team pretended to lose my information until the statute of limitations ran out on my claim against them. I would like now, instead to bring a personal claim for religious discrimination against the doctor concerned. What is the time frame on religious discrimination?

This site addresses US law.
You'll have to consult an attorney in the UK.

Warning: Legal issues are complicated. Explanations and comments here are simplified and might not fully explain the ramifications of your particular issue. I am not a lawyer. I do not give legal advice. I make comments based on my knowledge and experience. I guarantee nothing. If you act on my comments without the advice of an attorney, you do so at your own risk.

Since your legal issue is concerning UK law, you may be interested in visiting the FindLaw UK website as a good resource.
Hope that helps and best of luck.

Then pick up the phone and call a few local solicitor's offices, make an appointment and ASK directly.
