My step son is due to be released from a VA correctional institute and he has no where to live upon his release. Does the state of VA put him in a hotel for 90 days until he finds a home?

He would have to ask the state corrections officals if they provide that. I see nothing in the state statutes that requires the state to provide it, however.

I agree with the previous poster, your son may want to contact the VA correctional institute to address this concern.
