Hello
I entering into agreement with a management company to perform professional property management services to my vacation home located in Orlando (short term rentals)but in the last year the company put a claim of lien for 17500 us because expenses not paid . What is a claim of lien and what do i need to do?

What is a claim of lien
"According to Florida law, those who work on your property or provide materials, and are not paid-in-full,
have a right to enforce their claim for payment against your property. This claim is known as a construction
lien."
