I was wondering how do you get married if your 17 and dont live or even talk to your parents anymore how are you supose to get a license...... and is a 17 year old and pregnant do you need permition?

You might want to focus on your education first. In any event, I don't know of any state that allows an unemancipated minor to get married without permission from his/her parents or legal guardian. If you don't live with or talk to your parents, with whom do you live? Do you have a legal guardian other than your parents? If not, then you'll have to wait until you reach the age of majority (18 in all but a small handful of states) to get married.
