My father petitioned for me back in 1998 when I was still living with him. Because I moved out and didn't have the money I never pursued my petition. Now I am 28 and want to know what is my best choice: the i130 or the deferred action? Or are these even options for me at this point?

Illegal . I came into the us on march 1991 without visa. Currently looking for my residency but thinking deferred action might be my only choice at this point.
