I have taken my car to a dealership three times to get the air fixed, but the air does not work still and I had already spent more than $1000. What shall I do now?

Rather obviously, the first step is to speak with the mechanic about why they can't fix the problem and what they intend to do in light of the fact that you have spent $1k to fix something that hasn't been fixed. Without knowing more about that, it is impossible to address whether you have any legal remedies. For all we know, there were six things that weren't working and you have paid to fix five of those six things but still need to fix the sixth thing for the air to work.
