I am an owner occupied landlord with 2 tenants in CT. House closing is in 22 days.
Tenants have known about the sale since mid October 2012. No lease since they moved in. Little financial help they give me. No children involved.
What are the steps I need to take if they dont leave by the closing? I will be ot of the house in 20 days... They will no longer be without cable in 23 days... electric and heat will still be on.
