My ex wife and I have been divorced for nearly three years. While we were married she never legally changed her name with the Social Security Office, although she did otherwise with DMV and such. So she would always have to use her maiden name with legal forms. Now nearly three years after our divorce she has legally changed her last name to mine. I am wondering if this is legal, after all would't she need to use our marriage license that is now null and void due to our divorce? She is always up to something and I am just trying to figure out what she has planned now...

You're divorced. What name she uses is none of your business. It's not as though you have any sort of proprietary interest in your last name.
