I have a vop/dui ,FLA - 1999, left state never went back, found out have warrent, cant get work until warrent removed , is there any way to resolve with-out turning self in to FLA? No statue limatations??

You may be able to hire a Florida Attorney to handle it for you. Warrents do not have a statue of limitations (and even if they did, once you left the state the clock stops running).

Warrants do not expire. I would suggest that you hire an experienced criminal defense lawyer to deal with these issues.
