my son, wife and myself have visitation rights with our grand daughter. my son was recentley arrested for a violation of a protective order on our grand daughters mother. my son sent her husband a message on facebook saying we was going to stick with the courts ruling on the visitation due to the mother wanting to change it weekley.according to a member of the local police department the mother made several phone calls until my son was picked up.this was a violation of the order even though it was third party communication. so until my sons hearing do me and my wife still have the same visitation rights .

What does the visitation order state regarding this matter? You may visit the Family Law Center and read Custody or Visitation Interference as a good resource to learn more about this subject matter.
