My wife was raped a few years ago . She filed a report . Well we now know who it was and charger were filed and we moved cause he knew where we lived . Well some how all paper work went to old address and we missed court date. So they dropped charges is there anything we can do

You can contact the prosecutor's office. You should have kept in touch and let them know how to contact you. If the limitations period hasn't run, it's possible charges can be refiled.

Well we did and they have r cell phones number . Cause we got papers from them before at r new home .

You may want to read the Texas Criminal Statute of Limitations Laws as a good resource to determine if charges can be filed.
