Can an employer write u up for several reason in one day for past incidents?
Improper write up procedure.

Why not? Unless you have a written contract of employment or belong to a union with a CBA, the employer gets to make his own rules as far as that goes.

So u saying no matter if its two months ago. He can write a person up for it?

Yes. The general rule in our legal system is that everything is legal unless there is a law to the contrary. No state imposes on private employers any detailed rules for "write-ups." Thus, employers don't have to do write-ups at all, and if they do, how and when the write-up is done is up to the employer.
