I got an OWI two and a half years ago. I have since paid off all of my fines. I also got a substance abuse evaluation 1-2 years ago & my understanding that everything was square between that place and I. I went in today to get my license and I was told that they haven't cleared me yet. I don't owe them money & I was told that I didn't need treatment. My overall question is what are my options now? Is an option for me to get another evaluation somewhere else. Also, after I had my evaluation done, I did some online research and the place I went to is notorious for recommending treatment regardless of what you tell them. Thank you for your time.
