I have a child by a woman who has two other children not by me. If she decided to take me off of child support will the other two children be affected as far a insurance(which I am providing my child with),child care, or her state assistants for the other two children?

Not sure what you mean by her taking you off child support. Is the child turning 18? As long as the child is a minor, child support is up to the court.

I have been providing for the child, I thought it was all up to the mother. I could be wrong, but her case worker has told her it was up to her if she decides to.

Is there a court order that obligates you to pay child support. What do you mean by "case worker"? In what state is this happening?

To learn more about child support, you may wish to visit the Family Law Center and read Child Support as a good resource.
