"FTA on TOP x2/Criminal trespass"

In a police report in Arkansas.

FTA means failure to appear.

What about TOP? I don't want to discuss it with a lawyer, the person in the police report probably needs to be incarcerated. Just curious about the abbreviations.

To me it reads Failure to appear on top or in addition to 2 trespassing charges.
