I owner financed a home in october,made verbal agreement to reduce down payment because house has no heat or air. Signed a land contract,my payments are set up on the 15 of each month.No day or number of days is stated on contract as to when I am in default.I am 12 days late and being threatened to be evicted. i AM concerned as to how this can be done i am not a weekly or bi weekly renter. I am only 12 days late. can i be threatened and evicted considering i am not 30 days late

What does the contract state about late payments?

You are being threatened, so that part of the question is obvious. The rest is impossible to determine without reading the contract in light of the laws of your unidentified state.
