I was taken into DCS custody in june i was pregnant im 17 years old and will be 18 in may i recently got engaged and want to get married to my fiance who is 20 i was wondering if anyone could give me some answers on if it is illegal or possible to get married while in dcs custody? I would GREATLY appreciate it if someone could give me some answers..

When you are under 18 and thus a minor, you generally need parental permission to marry. When you are a dependant or ward of the juvenile court, you also need the court's permission to marry.
