My nephew who is mentally ill (paranoid schitzophrenic) has an ICE hold and now has a temporary restrainign order from his girlfriend. he is currently in LA jail awaiting trial with a Public Defender. Can any one advise what could essencially happen to him and what can be done? we don't want him to be lost in jail and want to get him in a mental hospital for help.
