I have a criminal record but can I go to school for criminal justice and be hired into this field?

at 17 years old a drug charge which I completed a drug school ordered by court and received a certificate and therefore my record was expunged then a 3rd degree misdeameanor contributing to delinquency of a minor. No further drug use or problems I am currently 24 years old and would like to enter the criminal justice field to help other young adults change their lives.
