If an unmarried couple splits up and they have a baby. Is it child abuse if when the baby is at one house it doesnt have its own room and it sleeps in the bed with the same parent? Is there certain living arrangements that have to be met? is it considered child abuse?

There is no law in any state that dictates the sleeping arrangements of family members. Children and adults of any age or sex are allowed to share bedrooms, and even beds. There is nothing in the scenario you describe that hints of child abuse.

To learn more about this subject matter, you may wish to visit the Family Law Center and read Child Abuse as a good resource.

Of course not. Why would you even think that might be the case?

No.

is it considered child abuse?

Is this the same question you asked previously?
