i bought a car from a freind for a dollar we wrote up a contract signed it and had a witness sign he then sold the car to another party we recently went to court and i was adviced to sue him but do i have a case being the contract was wrote up on note book paper and if so could i sue for the value of car even tho i only paid a dollar/
