he has been in our local jail was transfered to a different jail in ky.he has not been to the assement center at prison,has no case manager, has hepitis b,is getting no medical help also i feel ha has a mental problem going on,i need some help so i can get him the help he needs.he has been in prison before his addiction problem was not addressed or his mental state.thank you
