So, who did he tell what he claims he saw? Just you? The police? Someone else? Did anything happen from it, like getting charged with a crime? And, since she was looking through a window, apparently, how did he claim to know what it was that you were smoking? And exactly what do you want to know? Whether charges against you might be dismissed? Whether the neighbor committed any crime? Or something else?
