My automatic turn signal was not working and I was on a busy roadway, my turn signal was still on, when a woman came from a side street and ran into me. Her insurance company is finding me at fault. I feel that if a turn signal is on the woman had the obligation to make sure I was making a turn before she pulled out. Help!

I am not sure I am understanding your statement above. Was you turn signal on or off? Also, have you consulted with a local Car Accident Lawyer to advise you of your rights?

What sort of "help" do you suppose folks on a message board can provide? We can answer general questions about the law, but you didn't ask any questions.
