I live in NV.  Someone I know communicates with a nudist in Spain, and he (an adult) has spoken and viewed via webcam her minor daughters - about nudism but I am not sure what else if anything.  He has seen them, and they him, nude supposedly in the prescense of their mother.  What is the legality of this situation?  He lives in NV.

You may want to report such activity if it involves minor nudity to the local police department.
