Ok  husbands public defender said to him he could go to jail for me being on the phone with her and him at the same time.

Are you going to even attempt to pose a complete question ?

He's hearing disabled on on a three-way call.  That doesn't tell us anything.

I am not an attorney. My comments are made based on my training and experience as well as diligent research.  I am also not perfect, therefore, I will accept constructive criticism, if tendered with respect.

It still doesn't make sense, and you've provided no relevant facts whatsoever.


That your husband has a public defender tells us that your husband has been charged with a crime, but there's no reason in the abstract why your husband or his lawyer would go to jail for having a phone conversation with each other that also includes you (when you said, "he could go to jail," I can't tell if "he" is your husband or the PD).  Has it occurred to you to ask the PD why this might be possible?
