yes what is reduce of sentence? can a offender get an sentence reduced if he has renal failure,he is now on dialysis,and has done 16 years on a 25 year sentence. He has not gotten into any trouble for 10 years,and was denied parole of this year,a 3 year set off,and will not come up again until 2014,what can i do as a wife to help my husband.
