I live in the State of California and have an 11 year old daughter who has been bullied by 2 teachers all year.  I have gone to the principal and the superintendant.  I have also contacted the state authoirities.  No one has helped.  My daughter is actually afraid to go to school.  What can I do.

I'm sure you can do any number of things.  Since you provided us with no facts whatsoever (telling us that the teachers "bullied" your child is a conclusory allegation, not a fact), there's nothing anyone here can tell you other than:  (1) the school year is almost over; and (2) you are free to send your daughter to a different school.

My father knows a lot about education law this case looks like its one he would need more facts for though

Also online school is an option
for socialization you can put your daughter in the peers program the social skills devolepment center does it uin Huntington beach at my therapists office
Contact ****
After that you should continue with extra curricular Acktivities
You can also put her back into school after she would be completted one school
