Father is married. Father has two children from a previse marriage.  He is paying child support and is up with his payments.  His current wife has a full time job and father is under his wife's insurance.  Will child support place father's children under current wife's insurance.

Your question makes no sense.  Child support is a payment obligation that is owed by the non-custodial parent to the custodial parent.  It is not an entity that can do things.  Also, if the insurance in question is medical insurance, it's entirely likely that the child cannot be covered under the stepmother's policy, but that will depend on the terms of the policy (as well as the terms of the contract between the wife's employer and the insurer, if this is a policy provided through her employment).
