(This is relevant to California Law)

I am in the process of petitioning the court for receivership on two civil judgments. On the forms, there is a checkbox referring to posting a bond. I did contact the clerk of the court to find out the amount of the bond. The clerk was not able to tell me. Does anyone know what the bond amount is? I cannot find it in the CCofCP as well. Do I file the paperwork and wait for the judge of the court to determine this amount?

I'm not sure what "forms" you're talking about, but the amount of a receiver's bond is not statutory and is determined at the court's discretion.
