I would like to know the law that states the difference between campgrounds and mobile home parks? can you stay in a campground all year around I.E. january 1 - december 31 and still be c lassified as a campground?   or is licencening  to be a campground instead of a mobile home park depedent on what percentage of campers you have in campground where residents stay all year around?        this ouestion is for holmes county ohio.
