i entered the states in fiancee visa  status and i married my us citizen then  i applied for the green card  form i-485 with all the documents needed such as our marriage certificate   but my husband did not submit form i-130 ever  what  will happen  because of not submitting form i-130  ever before ? and can  he submit it after the submition of form i-485 ?  ( note : when USCIS departement send  me a request for evedince letter they do not ask me to submit form i-130  they only asked me  to  submit  form i-864 )

An I-130 is to prove you are in a bona fide relationship and are married. When the fiance visa was approved, you entered the U.S. using that visa and you married, that combination operates in lieu of the I-130. CIS will not ask you for an I-130. They may ask you both to come the closest field office for an interview so be prepared for that.
