Your post indicated that the information on the the ticket posted was true. If that's correct, there is no legal action to take against the cafe or it's owner. While it may be embarrassing that everyone sees it, no law prohibits the owner from posting true information. You'd only have a claim for defamation if the posting contained false facts about you. Even then, you may only recover from most defamation claims the financial harm you suffered from the defamatory statement. Mere embarrassment gets you nothing in damages.

You knew about the bill you owed for about a month before this post went up. You know the address of the cafe. So why didn't you just send a check? Doing that now might get the posting removed.

In any future posts, please make an effort to use something that resembles proper capitalization and punctuation.  Doing so will make it easier for others to read and understand what you write.

Nothing in your post suggests you have any viable legal claim against anyone.  You admittedly owe the restaurant money.  Pay your bill.

The nature of your personal financial situation is not relevant to the legal issue about which you asked (nor is my personal situation).

I assume you meant to say "liable," but liable for what?

And what's up with using dozens of question marks and exclamation points?
