A friend of mine had surgery on his shoulder and was suppose to go in there and take out a couple of bone spurs and fix the rotor cuff and he didn't.  That was 3 months ago and now he had surgery again. And the doctor that done the surgery this time said that the doctor did not do what he said.  The new doctor shaved all the bone spurs in his shoudler and took a bone spur out of one of his nerves in his shoulder.  Also they fixed his rotor cuff and took a flowing bone out that was in there. do I have a case against the old doctor?

Why on Earth would you think  you might have a claim relating to surgery performed on your friend?
