Does the Seventh amendment generally apply in the State Courts?  and are there cases to support it?

The short answer to that question is provided by the U.S. Supreme Court, which stated that "The Seventh Amendment, which governs proceedings in federal court, but not in state court..." Gasperini v. Center for Humanities, 517 U.S. 1102.

Does the right mentioned in the Seventh Amendment generally apply in state courts? Any cases to support this?

To "SOsueUS":  Why you're posting your question in a two month old thread is not clear.  It's even less clear why you asked the exact same question that the original poster asked and ignored the answer that was provided to that question.
